I am a Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, and a proud mother of two. Along with my medical background, I hold *specialized training in Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Clinical Pilates, and Garbhasanskar*.
Fitness and health have always been my passion, but becoming a mother made me even more determined to live my healthiest life—for myself and my children. My mission is to support expectant and new mothers in staying safe, strong, and positive through this beautiful journey of motherhood
